حاصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في فيزياء الكهروبصريات من قسم الفيزياء/كلية العلوم/جامعة بغداد في العام 2011، مجال بحث اطروحه الدكتوراه هو الليزر والكهروبصريات وفي تطبيق التشفير في الاتصالات الضوئية. عنوان الاطروحه هو: طرق لتوليد الفوضوية في انظمة الاتصالات الضوئية.

باحث زائر في جامعة ستراثكلايد في المملكة المتحدة في العام 2011، وقد انجزت الجزء الخاص بالتغذية العكسية لليزر في الفراغ في احد مختبرات مجموعه الفوتونيات في مدرسة العلوم/قسم الفيزياء فيها، وباشراف Prof. Thoresten Ackemann
اما رسالة الماجستير فقد حصلت عليها من قسمي الذي اعمل فيه في العام 2005.
وهي في مجال بحث الكهروبصريات في الالياف الضوئية. وهي بحث نظري يهتم بتحسين اداء الالياف الضوئية في نقل اشارة الاتصالات الضوئية. وبعنوان: دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على توليد الانكسار الثنائي العالي والواطيء في الليف الضوئي احادي النمط.

Area of its interest is optimization for transmitted optical signal in the optical fiber, its title is:
