Haider was born in Iraq, in 1976. He received his BSc. degree in Electrical engineering from university of Baghdad, in 2001, and the MSC. degree in computer and control engineering from university of Baghdad in 2003.In 2006, he joined the department of computer engineering, University of Mustansiriyah as a Lecturer. He received his PhD degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Networks Engineering from University of Tenaga National, Malaysia in 2017. His current research interests include Smart Grid, Demand Side Management, Internet of Things (IoT), Cognitive Radio Network.
