| The minister of higher education and scientific research's assistant for scientific research affairs approved to open M.A studies in new specializations in ALmustansiriyah college of pharmacy .The new specializations are clinical lab sciences , drugs and toxics and pharmaceutical chemistry for the year 2016/2017 .
This approval came after a visit made by ministry of higher education and scientific research committee to the college in order to asses the capabilities and research equipments in the college in addition to the scientific specializations of the teaching staff .
