| Modern institution for books in Lebanon published the book of (Encyclopedia of the administrative judiciary) for Dr. Mazin Radhy from college of Law. The book consisted of two volumes ,the first one dealt with the cancellation judicature and the principle of legality, while the second volume dealt with employees judicature and compensation judicature, as well as the two volumes contained details of wide range of principles and decisions of the Council of Iraq .this valuable book provided Iraqi legal library with a great addition,because of the importance of this encyclopedia for many researchers and graduates because they representing a comprehensive collection of most of the principles and provisions of the administrative judiciary in general and administrative Iraqi judiciary in particular.* |
