| Al Mustansiriyah University organized the annual celebration to celebrate alghadeer day in cooperation with the holy abbasi shrine withen the activities of alkafeel youth national project . The celebration was held in shaheed almihrab hall in the university, the opening ceremony consisted of reading from holy quran ,Iraqi international anthem and and holy abbasi shrine anthem. The ceremony was attended by university proffessors and students headed by the chancellor besides a senior delegation from holy abbasi shrine . Dr.Falah hasan Al Asadi in his speech congratulated the attendants and gave thanks to holy abbasi shrine for this blessed step to hold such celebrations that remembers the delights of Ahl albeit(pbut) headed by the devine crowning day of the guardian and God’s massanger Imam Ali (pbuh) Dr. Falah added , alghadeer day has a special place in muslims hearts . It is the greatest of all eids as described by imam sadiq (pbuh) , this day is unique , God completed the religion in it , blessing and satisfaction of God were achieved by rooting islam and holding the flag of right . this day became a historical event and amotto to an epic that gave bthe essence of the struggle between right and wrong . The ceremony was ended with giving gifts and certificates of merit (holy abbasi shrine – Al Mustansiriyah university). After the ceremony , the attendants headed to the opening of book fair which was cooperated with holy abbasi shrines in iraq . The celebration also included first aid (CPR) training for human development department in holy abbasi shrine , the evening ceremony included a football match between shrine and Al Mustansiriyah university teams , followed by gifts for both sides . |
