| College of engineering hosted the university championship of ping-pong which was organized by department of sport education at the university within the activities of the new academic year 2014-2015 with the participation of thirteen teams . Competition began with a friendly match between Dr. Ali Al-Anbari dean of engineering college and Dr. Maher Awad Al Ameri dean of sport education college in the presence of a large audience of teachers and students . Wissam Sahir Hameed and Sajaad Munther Na'eem from college of engineering got the first place , Yasir Kifah Hussain and Muhanad Zuhair from college of basic education got the second place and the third place was to Karar Hamid and Fawzi Tariq from college of sport education . At the end of the competition gifts and cups were given to the winners by Dr. Ali Al-Anbari dean of engineering college on behalf of Dr. Falah Al-Asadi chancellor of the university |
