| continuous learning dep. at Almustansiriyah university held a course in the standards of the cultural attaches at the hall of continuous learning ,the course was attended by a group of lecturers and staff of the university, the course discussed many problems concerned administrative, legal ,financial, and diplomatic aspects of the cultural attaches and put new strategies to solve these problems .Dr.Hassan Hashim alshara'a ,a lecturer at college of science and a former deputy of Iraq to Malaysia presented the lectures.* |
