| Registration division at college of Engineering held a scientific symposium about the guide book of the scientific clearance for BA students to compare units ,hours and text books of the students moved from one college to another .The symposium was attended by Kadhim A'bbu ,the dean's assistant of scientific affairs and number of lecturers .The guide book included instructions created by a committee from college of Engineering under the supervision of the deanery .Regulations and conditions were discussed concerning the circumstances of the students .The strategies were taken according to the coleuses of the scientific clearance of ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with procedural details to illustrate the instructions ,in addition to the measures dealing with changeable situations .The discussion included the strategies of installing the names of the text books and the student's grades in the grades card .The symposium aimed to ensure the safety of the measures ,unifying the scientific departments and reduce jurisprudence and errors.* |
