The Arabic Union for E- Media granted the secretary of the University Council ,Dr. Iyad al-Bawi ,a certificate of appreciation for his efforts to promote media , culture and literature and his creativity in serving his country .The certificate of appreciation carried a statement said that this certificate is but a medal to those who did the best to their country .*
