| In collaboration with the pharmaceutical company ( Pfizer) , National Center for Treatment of Diabetes and Research held a scientific symposium entitled (growth deficiency in children) in the center's hall. The staff of Health Educating unit in the Division of Staff Development at the center attended the symposium in which an educational and scientific lecture was presented in front of the patients' families to explain ways of taking and preserving medicine and possible mistakes that may occur during the process of treatment.
The second lecture was presented by the representative of pharmaceutical company Pfizer as he focused on the treatment of Genotropin for patients with growth deficiency in children . The symposium was also attended by the center's director Prof. Abbas Rahma , lecturers ,doctors and employees from the scientific laboratories of the center as well as a number of students from Iraqi and Arabic board in specialty of neuroendocrinology.* |
