| Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at College of Education held a scientific lecture about continuous improvement of keisen and kaikako strategies .The lecture was attended by head of department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Dr. Sami Sousse, teaching staff and students .Head of International Accreditation in Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research ,Dr. Ali al-Saffar, presented a lecture as he tackled the continuous improvement in keisen and kaikako, the Japanese strategies , he said that Kaizen and kaikako are strategies for continuous improvement in all aspects of the work of Applied Engineering ,management strategies and educational as well. They focused on changing daily processes in order to reduce wastage of resources, processes and time to raise interest rates and profit, adding that the most important reference to get to know keisen strategy was Mr. Masaaki Imai's kAIZEN ,the book which was considered as the key of superiority and success in Japan . when the change was a slight then it called Keisen ,but when the change was radical it called kaikako .Dr. Ali al-Saffar added that the role of the employee in the traditional management was limited and did not change while Keisen administration gave the employee the power to change his work in his field and rewarded him when he succeed .* |
